WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States only.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically ship within 1 to 5 business days. During the holidays, processing may take a little longer.

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

We partner with small children's brands that each ship from their own location. If your order includes pieces from more than one brand, they may arrive in separate packages on different days, at no extra cost to you.

TRACKING

You'll receive tracking by email as soon as each package ships.

HOLIDAY ORDERS

For holiday gifts and photos, we recommend ordering by early December. We can't guarantee delivery by a specific date.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your address at checkout. We aren't responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address. Contact us right away if you spot a mistake.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your post office first. If it still hasn't turned up, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll help make it right.
