We want you to love every piece you order from Little Honeycomb Co. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items that can't be returned

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Items marked final sale
Hair accessories and bibs, for hygiene reasons

Partner brand products

Many of our pieces come from small partner brands that ship directly to you. Returns for these items are handled through us, but they're sent back to the brand that shipped them. Because of this, please don't mail anything back until we've approved your return and sent you instructions. Items sent back without approval may not be refunded.

How to start a return

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll confirm your item is eligible and send you return instructions.
Ship your item back within 7 days of receiving approval.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered.

Exchanges

Since our pieces ship from different partner brands, we can't offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the right size is to return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

We're so sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to let you know it was approved. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
